Dr. Lucia McLendon is a graduate of the Institute for Family Health’s Beth Israel Residency in Urban Family Practice and is board certified in family medicine. She also completed the Institute’s fellowship in Reproductive Health and Advocacy. Her interests include full spectrum reproductive health, group medical visits, adolescent health, and care for the underserved. Dr. McLendon coordinates our GYN rotation for PGY2s at Harlem and our elective rotations for PGY2 and PGY3s. She also serves as the Director of the Women’s Health NYU Free Clinic which is run out of our 16th St site. Dr. McLendon has a busy primary care practice at our Harlem site where she sees patients of all ages, precepts residents during procedure sessions and runs our colposcopy clinic.
