Reuven Stott, MD

Dr. Reuven Stott was born in Toronto, Canada where he attended Dalhousie University to complete an Honors BA in Classical Studies with a focus on ancient philosophy and comparative religions. After a period of travel through Japan, China and India, Dr. Stott chose medicine as the way he would reach people. He then completed coursework in Human Sciences and additionally studied Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. Dr. Stott completed his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Stott’s academic performance led to induction into the Iota Epsilon Alpha International Medical Honor Society, comprised of students who excel academically and participate in international health projects promoting scholarship, research, and welfare for the underprivileged. He received the International Peace Scholarship, awarded to non-US students who exhibit academic excellence and dedication to the enhancement of community medical care systems on a global scale. Dr. Stott’s interests include integrative medicine, low resource medicine and delivery of medical care to the underserved. Outside of medicine, Dr. Stott’s interests include philosophy, travel, cultural celebrations and nature.
