Monalisa Ghose, MD

Temple University School of Medicine

Dr. Monalisa Ghose was born in Orange, California and grew up outside of Los Angeles before her family moved to the East Coast. She went to college at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh where she was involved in dance and studied Biology and English. Dr. Ghose took a gap year to do neuroscience research at Columbia University before moving to Philadelphia to attend medical school at Temple University. She is excited to work for the Institute for Family Health and to get to know her patients at Walton Family Health Center and at Mount Sinai. Her interests include social justice, Women’s health, HIV medicine, nutrition and mental health.
