Matthew Seiffert, MD

Dr. Matthew Seiffert was born in Oregon and grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota. Before and during medical school he pursued his passion for world travel, both teaching and studying in Korea, Israel and Nepal, among other places. Most recently he worked as a clinical research coordinator in electrophysiology in Austin, Texas. Dr. Seiffert’s professional interests include global health and preventive medicine, with a particular interest in access to care in both developing nations and rural areas in the United States. His personal interests include hiking, camping, and cycling as well as spending time with his family.
