Vice President, Operations; Chief Nursing Officer
As vice president of operations and chief nursing officer, Lisa Oldham strives to improve the workflow of our health centers through education and staff development. Since joining the Institute in January 2015, her focus has been to help our leadership team provide an exceptional patient experience driven by quality and teamwork.
Ms. Oldham has led several nursing departments over her thirty years in nursing administration. Previously, she was the assistant vice president of nursing at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, the director of nursing at Bergen Regional Medical Center and the director of nursing at Hackensack University Medical Center.
Ms. Oldham is also a professor at two universities in New Jersey, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in nursing. Additionally, she is the vice president of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society for Nursing and the president of Felician College’s Advisory Board, which is focusing on transforming the college to focus on the geriatric population through curriculum changes in all levels of academia. She is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and has completed a fellowship with The Advisory Board Company in Washington. In addition to her clinical, academic and administrative leadership, she has published several nursing textbooks. She holds certifications in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Geriatrics, Oncology and Nursing Administration.
