Jason Rapaport, MD
Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai
Dr. Jason Rapaport grew up on a cattle ranch in Big Timber, Montana where he often accompanied his father, a family physician, on house calls in the community. Dr. Rapaport attended Williams College where, as a sophomore, he was accepted into the Humanities and Medicine program at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Williams, he matriculated to the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Rapaport is excited to begin his residency at the Institute for Family Health’s Harlem Residency in Family Medicine program and is looking forward to training both at the Family Health Center of Harlem and Mount Sinai.
