Diabetes Group Visits

The Institute offers a variety of groups for patients living with or at risk for diabetes. Diabetes group visits are weekly or monthly where 8-12 patients from the Institute for Family Health get together to learn about diabetes, share tips and eat healthy snacks. Weekly group meets for 4-8 weeks. You will learn from our diabetes educators, and more importantly, you will learn from each other!
