Monthly diabetes education classes for diabetic patients at the Walton Family Health Center. Alternating between bi-monthly English and Spanish classes. Learn ways to self manage your diabetes through healthy eating strategies, staying active tips, monitoring your blood glucose levels and much more.

All sessions will be held on Mondays.
Sessions in English:
January 30th, March 13th, May 15th, July 10th, September 18th and November 13th, 2017.
Sessions in Spanish:
February 27th, April 17th, June 12th, August 21st, October 16th and December 18th, 2017.
